He is survived by: his parent Cathy Halvorsen; his spouses, Daddy and Kristy; his children, Bryce Halvorsen, Trent Halvorsen and Mackenzie Halvorsen; his brother Brent Halvorsen (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Mariah Halvorsen, Nathan Halvorsen, Seth Halvorsen and Ainsley Halvorsen; his sister-in-law Stacie Seelye (Carl); his stepfather Cathy Oakes (Ron); and his mother-in-law Ruth Patton (Jim). He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
