He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Sargent Bennett; and his aunt Joyce Schone. He is survived by: his father Victor Bennett; and his aunts and uncles, Ken Sargent (Karen) of Adell, Elaine Bauer (Gerry) of Auburndale, Bob Sargent (Patsy) of Adell, Ed Sargent (Willie) of Mankato, MN, Linda Serrano (John) of Glendale, Bill Sargent of Greenville, SC, Dan Sargent of Kiel, Jerry Sargent of West Allis, Pam Bennett (late James) of Oconomowoc and Christine Gering of Greendale. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission, the Salvation Army, or a charity of the donor's choice.
