He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Truebenbach and Dorena Truebenbach (Binder); and his brother-in-law Roger Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Paula Igel (Jeff) and Janet Giese (Brian); his grandchildren, Cassandra, Jacob, Ashley and Austin; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Anderson, Beverly Anderson, Carol Roska and Deborah Lenz.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Waubeka Fire Department or St John Lutheran Church, Fredonia are suggested.
