He is survived by: his wife Judy Boettcher; his children, Christopher Degnitz (Rosie), Casey Degnitz and Charlie Degnitz; his granddaughters, Amanda, Kayla and Rebecca Degnitz; his great grandchild Annabelle; his sisters, Mary Carol Shoemaker (Robert), Beverly Zimdars and Jane Meyer; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Heil (Randy), Jody Schmidt (Gary), Daniel Boettcher and David Boettcher (Beth). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
