He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Foltz and Catha Foltz; and his brothers, Guy Sr. and Floyd Foltz. He is survived by: his nephew Guy Foltz, Jr. (Jenna); his great-nephew Austin Foltz; his great-niece Kyla Foltz; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Foltz.
He also spent many years donating his time to the Polk County Fair in the rabbit building.
