It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald David Nyren of Frederic, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Nyren and Bessie Nyren; his sister Lucille Green; his brothers-in-law, Leonard Green, Harold Davids and John Millermon; his parents-in-law, Andrew Meyer and Ella Meyer; and his son-in-law Roger Thompson.

He is survived by: his children, Ronda Marie, Daniel David (Vickie), Darrel Andrew (Sue) and Thresa Ann (Jim); his wife Cecelia Meyer; his grandchildren, Jay (Melissa), Jacob (Motoko), Jackie, Janita (Steve), Jari (Marty), Jamie (Conrad), Ethan, Eric, Andrea (Tom), Krista (Walter), Trisha (Tony), Ronald (Marti), Erin (Shane), Matthew (Tory), Ashley, Trevor (Stephanie) and Devin; his siblings, Doug Nyren (Midge) and Karen Davids; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Millermon, John Meyer (Cindy) and Joe Meyer (Laura). He is also survived by 33 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
