He is survived by: his wife Melba Denotter; his children, Christy Cairns, Michele Denotter (Darryl Suskin) and Andrea Lieder (Jesse); his grandchildren, Devan Pavlicek, Justice Lieder (Rylie), Destiny Lieder, Miley Lieder, Anna Lieder and Jeffrey Lieder; and his sisters, Sandy Tisdale and Jean Marie Johnson. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; along with many friends.
