She is survived by: her daughter Ann Smith (Scott); and her grandchildren, Brett Ophus (Samantha), Shane Ophus (Angel), James Ophus (Alicia), Jill, John Tinman, Rachael Bearheart and Sarah Brewster. She is also survived by many great grandchildren; and other loving family members and friends.
