It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Deal of Franklin, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Mary; his siblings, Jo Ann Arvay, Sally Doughty and Harvey; and his brothers-in-law, Bernie and Dave.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Richard and Brenda Brau (Robert); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Bergeron (Zachary) and Emily Deal; his great grandchild Elsie Bergeron; his brother Michael (Bonnie); and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Doughty (Danny Bell), Sandy Bell and Kathy Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
