She was predeceased by: her husband John Gomaz; and her parents, Alvin Edmark and Elizabeth Edmark. She is survived by: her siblings, Leon Edmark and Joan Muehl (late Edwin); and her children, John Garth Gomaz (late Barbara), Rena Faye Flayter, Cerise Annette Moe, Daniel Mark Gomaz, Rodell Tara Halberstadt, Tami Jane Wolfram, Tanina Marie Poteracki and Sari Janna McDonald. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the aforementioned charities, a fitting tribute to Muriel's compassionate spirit.
