It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marko Michael Gerovac Sr. in Franklin, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Marko Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marko Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Gerovac and Sophie S. Gerovac; and his brothers, Stevie Gerovac and Thomas M. Gerovac. He is survived by: his children, Marko Gerovac II (Ellen), Tiffany (Josh), Glazer and Brittany Gerovac (Rob Szymanski).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Special Olympics, honoring Marko's lifelong support for his brother, Stevie.
