She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Faulks and Doris Faulks; and her grandson Robert Ison. She is survived by: her husband Derek; her children, Stephanie Cook (Kenneth), Andrew Ison (Christine), James Ison (Jane) and Christopher Ison (Michelle); her grandchildren, Theresa Arrington (Jeff), Stephen Cook (Amanda), Melissa Lloyd, Sophie (Nick Diaper) and Laura Howarth (Bernie); her great grandchildren, Tyler Arrington, Oakleigh, Willow Cook, Charles Lloyd, Evie, Jessie Diaper, Rowan, Frankie and Maeve Howarth; and her sister-in-law Maureen Ison. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association or the church would be appreciated.
