It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly S. Garcia (Franklin, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Michael Sweeney; and her pet Tanner. She is survived by: her husband Joe Garcia; her children, Patrick Toivonen (Victoria), Riley Garcia (Lauren) and Kelsey Garcia (Konstantin); her grandchildren, Conner and Jayce; and her mother Carol Etheridge (Tom). She is also survived by many friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wisconsin Humane Society in Kelly's name are appreciated.
