Marcia Richardson wrote a sympathy message

“Uncle Johnny was the best uncle. He was so much fun and so sweet. He was my mother's younger brother. I have fond memories of him especially as a child growing up in Cincinnati. (He was 14 years older than me.) Although we didn't keep in touch for many decades, the memories and smiles I have remain. I send all his family who I know will miss him so much, the best. I am sure he will rest in peace, and will probably be watching his favorite sports teams with Janet by his side.”

Terry Richardson wrote a sympathy message

“Even though I hadn't seen Uncle Johnny in many, many, many years, I have great memories of him. I remember him as being so happy-go-lucky, his dirty track car (T42) and him keeping a 45rpm record player in the glovebox of his car. It was a large 50s Buick or Oldsmobile. There was a string hanging from the glovebox so he could change records. I'm so happy that I have these memories. Love you Johnny, Terry.”
