She was predeceased by: her parents, George O. Fricke and Phyllis Fricke (Kruger); her husband Robert J. Strey; her sister Jeannine P. Young; her stepmother Elsie A. Gotter-Fricke; and her stepsiblings, Darlene Kasper and Elmer Gotter.
She is survived by: her son Lynn Strey (Gail Szalay) of Greenfield, WI; her granddaughter Jennifer Schubert (Jason) of Oak Creek, WI; her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Hunter Schubert; her sister Mary Jean Goehring (Gordon) of Bend, OR; and her stepsiblings, Donna Pollack of Menomonee Falls, WI and Robert Gotter (LeeAnn) of McAllen, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
