James J. Nowak Obituary
With great sadness we announce the loss of our beloved husband, son, brother and uncle on December 6th, 2023 at the young age of 30. Loving husband of Julia (Nee Bratel) Nowak and loving dad of Kuzco. Son to James (Tracy) Nowak. Brother of Jessica (Steve Prinz). Funcle of Connor, Lauren, and Jackson. Grandson of Sharon, Jeff and Patricia White. Son-in-law of Dennis (Eileen) Bratel. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Jimmy was the life of any party. He had a heart of gold that befriended anyone and everyone with a contagious smile and personality that made all feel welcomed. Jimmy lived more of life in his short 30 years than most people do in their entire lifetime. He spent 12 years on the force for the Milwaukee Police Department actively serving his community. Jimmy enjoyed spending his time with family and friends in the north woods of Minocqua, bowling, and a new found love of golfing. Days with the boys were always in his plans and sleep was never his priority. Jimmy took full advantage of every moment and spent them doing what he loved best, living. His company was enjoyed by so many and his memory will live on forever. Visitation will be held at Southbrook Church (11010 W. St. Martins Road, Franklin, WI 53132) on Wednesday December 13, 2023 from 9 AM until time of service at 2 PM. Private Interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Fallen Hero's Fund in Jimmys Honor.
