With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frank W. Erdmann of Franklin, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 7, 2025 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Erdmann and Selma Erdmann (Kroenke). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Timothy Erdmann (Lisa), Wendy Rassel (Jim), Julie VandenWyngaard (Tom) and Carrie Johnson (Jim); his grandchildren, Jodi Goerlitz (Adam), Andy Dedering, Jonathan Erdmann (Shalai), Ashley Smith-Bishop (Christian), Rachel Werley, Zack VandenWyngaard (Marie), Luke Johnson, Cassandra Toms (Trent), Niki Parker (Jack), Sam VandenWyngaard (Samantha) and Mike Rassel; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Evan, Mason, Joel, Lindsay, Savannah, Theo, Louie, Addalyn, Melayna, Everett, Walter, Hazel, Victoria and Genevieve; his siblings, Jim Erdmann (Sharon) and Ruth Wright (Norman); his siblings-in-law, Jean Toeppler, Mary Beth Ganzyk, Robert Rae, Russel Rae, Bill Rae and Jan Erdmann; and his close friend Dan Gries. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (300 Broad St, Menasha, WI 54952). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
