She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Wagner and Agnes Wagner; her husband John Ugowski; her daughter Linda; and her sister Chris Long (Wagner).
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Ugowski (Rhonda) and Ken Ugowski (Trish); her grandchildren, Sheri Perdziak (Ugowski), Laura Ugowski, John Ugowski, Samantha Ugowski and Nate Ugowski; her great grandchildren, Chase Perdziak and Aiden Perdziak; her siblings, Ryleigh, Fletcher, Lucy, Max, Nancy and Greg Maciejewski; and also Claire.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
