She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Briggs and Dorothy "Dee" Briggs; her parents-in-law, Antoni and Irene Podlisecki; and her brother-in-law Mark Podlisecki.

She is survived by: her husband Richard; her sisters, Mary Briggs-Ficks (late Snowden Ficks), Judie Brown (Jack) and Katie Larsen (Keith); and her nieces and nephews, Katie Griffith (Kaiima), Kevin Brown (Sarah), Michael Larsen, Sara Larsen and David Podlisecki.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Max Sass Funeral Home, Mission Hills Chapel (8910 W Drexel Ave, Franklin, WI 53132). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
