He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph F. Mleziva and Olive A. Mleziva (Bouda); his parents-in-law, William and Bernice Hassemer; his sisters, Jane Mleziva and Ione Mleziva; and his brother-in-law Burnell Christensen.
He is survived by: his brother Bob Rohan (Mickie) of Omro; his friends, Floyd, Ann Zeman of Whitelaw, Jon Brice and Pam Ewen of Francis Creek; his wife Joy Lynn Mleziva; his children, Steve Mleziva (Shari) of Aubrey, TX, Dena Mooney (Michael) and Green Bay; his grandsons, Anson Lindsey, Sean Mooney and Seth Mooney; his siblings, Maysel Christensen, Harvey Mleziva (Eileen), Marilee Hermann, Kenneth Mleziva (Arlette Basken), Kathy Graycarek (Tom) and Larabee; his aunts, Dorothy Mleziva of Boise, ID and Elverda Mleziva; and also, Rozanne Muench and Francis Creek. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, 27 great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
