She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Moen; her brothers, Thomas, Hank and Paul Podgorak; and her parents, Thomas Podgorak and Mary Podgorak.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Moen (Erin Sanders), Mary Jo Hawkins (Monte Strickland), Julie Litchke (Chris) and Joseph Moen (Shelly); her grandchildren, Nicole Black (Jason), Daniel, Emily Litchke, Chloe, Caleb Moen and Jordan Buck; her great grandchild Bauer Black; and her siblings, Helen Dudek, Steve Podgorak, Peter Podgorak (Snook), Tony Podgorak and Mike Podgorak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
