He is survived by: his wife Deb; his siblings, Becky Kurtz (Ken), Jeanne Hopkins (Steve), Patsy Bolk (Roger), Penny Maliska (John) and Jeffrey Johnson (Barb); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Chudecke, Dennis David, Jenika, Christopher, Stacy, Veronica Jean, Charlie, Jack, Mary Grace, Kelly Rebecca, Katie, Dan and Josh. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
