She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Donald Winnik (Newton Peckarsky); her children, Beth Berkson (Michael) and Joel Winnik (Barbara); and her grandson Adam Berkson (Daniella). She is survived by: her children, Dr. Mitchell Winnik (Jan Fleming) and Judy Winnik; her grandchildren, Dr. Eric Berkson (Stephanie), Jeff Berkson (Kathleen), Rachel Yavinsky (William) and Arielle Winnik (Jerrold Bennett); and her great grandchildren, Ben Berkson, Emily Berkson, Kyle Berkson, Jadon Berkson, Brennan Berkson, Max Berkson, Leo Berkson, Aaron Berkson, Julianna Yavinsky, Simon Yavinsky, Asher Yavinsky and Talia Yavinsky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
