He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Susan Temple (Doug) and Heidi Banaszynski (Carl); his grandchildren, Claire, Connor Temple, Matthew and Haley Banaszynski; his nephews, Mark and Peter Pfeil; and his friends, John Keyes and Paul Rice. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
