He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus C. Low Sr. and Mary Phillips Low; and his brother Frank P. Low. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathryne Paulus (Gregory) and Sharon Charlesworth (Gregory); his grandsons, Andrew Charlesworth (Kati), Mark Charlesworth, Christopher Paulus and Alexander Paulus; his brother James R. Low; and his cousins, Mary Hory and Jane Fortin. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
