It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Devine (Fox Point, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert E. Devine. She is survived by: her children, Patty Barry (John) and Meg Dwyer; her grandchildren, Andrew, Nate and Bridget; her sibling Rita Stack (late Len); and also David Stack (Pamela Downing). She is also survived by other relatives and good friends.
