He was predeceased by: his sister Ilene Levin. He is survived by: his wife Ellen of Scottsdale, AZ; his sons, Jonathan Levin (Sarah) of Scottsdale, AZ, Adam Levin (Jessi) of Phoenix, AZ and Jason Levin of Milwaukee, WI; his grandchildren, Ella and Max Levin of Scottsdale, AZ; his sister Barbara Behnke (David) of San Jose, CA; his nephew Joe Behnke (Danita) of San Jose, CA; and his brother-in-law Steve Goldfine of Duluth, MN. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association, Racine Community Foundation, Zeta Beta Tau Foundation, or one's favorite charity have been suggested.
