He was predeceased by: his sister Jeannine Pavillard. He is survived by: his wife Renée Mayer; his children, Dr. Susan Mayer, Thomas Mayer and Michael Mayer (Merry); and his grandsons, Jeremy and David Daniel. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
