He is survived by: his friend Madison; his pets, Franklin and Gordie; his parents, Mike and Carrie; his sister Emily; his grandparents, Paul and Frances Burton of Ephraim, WI; his uncles, Dr. Bob Mead (Carol) of Green Bay, WI and John Mead (Deidre) of Hudson, WI; his aunt Julie Burton of Boulder, CO; and his cousins, Joe, Madeline, Jacob, Alison (Sanjin), Kelly, Michelle, Lauren (Joe), Reed and Collin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Gold in September (G9), a childhood cancer non-profit organization dedicated to growing awareness, inspiring action and funding research for childhood cancer.
