He was predeceased by: his son David Levine. He is survived by: his wife Frieda Levine; his daughters, Judy Lewis and Amy Kraus (Rabbi Jonathan); his grandchildren, Yitzhak Lewis (Aura Lewis), Aviva Lewis (Matt Wantman), Moishie Lewis (Nicole Gleghorn), Nonnie Lewis, Jacob Kraus (Casey Wright) and Abby Kraus; and his great grandchildren, Nevae, Sebastian, Kayla, Romie and Peleg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Donations in his memory can be made to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum or the Southern Poverty Law Center.
