She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Chapman; her parents, Russell Everett Hartley and Mabel Adella Hartley; her son Bruce; and her siblings, Marie Hartley, Howard and Jack.
She is survived by: her son Milwaukee; her sister Lois Ann Hunter; her sons, Craig (Mary Ann), Brian (Nancy) and Dean; and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Mohsen Mahmoud), Paul (Ty), Thomas (Lauren), Daniel (Jami), Abigail (Paul Musselman), Rebecca (Jordan Adams) and Anne (Ben Kaldunski). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that anyone wishing to honor her life make a donation to Villa Terrace.
