He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Paul and Catherine Paul (Baszynski); his parents-in-law, Jess and Winifred Nickel; his daughter-in-law Jean Deich Paul; his siblings-in-law, Ruthie Nickel and Jim Nickel; and his nephew Nicolas Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Paul of Fox Lake and Steve Paul (Lori) of Marinette; his grandchildren, Cody Paul, Robert Paul (Lexi) and Beth Paul (Addison); his siblings, Dale Paul (Laura), Janice Johnson and Ken Paul (Nancy); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Nickel (Toni) and Margaret Giannoni (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in Ron's memory may be directed to American Legion Post 521.
