He was predeceased by: his parents, James Welch and Helen Welch (Frank); his brother Gerald Welch; and his former wife Diane Haase Welch. He is survived by: his wife Laura Welch of Fox Lake; his children, Terry Welch (Neada) of Brandon, Tammy Healy (Dave) of Crivitz, Ronald Welch Jr. of Portland, OR, Shana Tietz (David) of Beaver Dam, Andrew Van Riper (Dawn) of Beaver Dam and Anita Haase of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Nila, Nathan, Terra, Michael, Nicholas, Preston, Zoe', Colten, Ashten, Tate, Dominic, Toby, Calvin, Julia and Sasha; his sisters, Nancy Kluz (Joe), Judith Schmitt (Tom) and Mary Jane Bradley (Ken); and his sister-in-law Judy Welch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
