She is survived by: her husband Bill (Bill); her sons, Dan (Katie), Dustin (April), Jesse (Kelly) and Chris (Valerie); her grandchildren, Kincade, Abigale, Julisa, Allegra, Aaron, Elena, Sawyer, Haley, Levi, Mia and Lilah; her sister Linda Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Golembiewski, Wayne Metzdorf (Jean), Mike Bahn (Teri), Andy Phelps (Mei) and Tom Phelps (Susan). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
