He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Frank. He is survived by: his former wife Sally Lou Chester; and his children, Scott Frank of Platteville, Thomas Frank (Leah) of Madison and Janine Frank (Eric Selje) of Madison. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
