It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Hellard (Fountain City, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 23, 2018, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Jamie Hellard; and her grandparents, Jeff Hellard, Wanda Puckett and Clarence Puckett. She is survived by: her children, Sierra Forester and Austin York; her granddaughter Isabella; her parents, Jimmy Hellard and Patricia Hellard; her sister Valarie Lambdin; her grandmother Alice Hellard; her significant other Harry Harris; and her niece Kierstin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
