He was predeceased by: his parents, Antone Sr. Polzer and Helen Polzer; and his brother Chuck Polzer of Mondovi, WI.. He is survived by: his son Ted (Lesa) of Racine, WI; his brothers, Tony John Polzer (Mary) of Durand, WI, Dave Polzer (Kristine) of Durand, WI and Rick Polzer (Denise) of Durand, WI; and his sister-in-law Nancy Polzer of Eau Claire, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
