It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Jeanette Isakson of Fountain City, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 8, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Judith Larson (Broberg) and Vernon Broberg; her husband Norman; her son Randall Isakson; and her siblings, Curtis, Lee, Vilas, Daryl, Harley Broberg, Margaret Bonnette, Doris Marshall and Barbara Haefel.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy McCormick (Ken Hutchison) of Winona; her grandchildren, Robert Christopherson, Sarah Ressel (Jamie), Becka Randall, Laura Cook (Jaron), Michael Isakson (Renee), Ryan Isakson, Danielle Fischenich (Luke), Jennifer Spaeth (Frank), April Steffan (Travis), Teri Wussow (Daniel), Kendra Lemm (Bret), Jason Rybacki (Jill), Jamie Isakson, Damien Isakson, Penny Koenig (Jason), Shawn Adler, Joshua Isakson (Natasha), Korey Isakson (Skylar), Erik Isakson and Nicole Isakson; her siblings, Carol Christopher (Al), Harold Broberg, Everett Broberg (Sue) and Arlan Broberg; and her close friend Judy Bohlen. She is also survived by 29 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
When Covid-19 hit, Norma was living at Sugar Loaf Assisted Living in Winona, Minnesota where she was well cared for and kept safe. Due to the pandemic, Norma was isolated and ate her meals alone in her room for more than nine months.
