He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Baertsch and Ester Baertsch (Vnuk); his brothers, James Baertsch and Jerry Baertsch; his brothers-in-law, Randy Radsek, Rex Averbeck and Gregory Averbeck; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Marion Averbeck.
He is survived by: his sister Janice Rolbiecki; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Penning (Rick), Roxanne Radsek, Brenda Fernholz (Monte), Cara Averbeck and Bruno Averbeck (Veronica).
