She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cieminski and Armella Cieminski (Baures); her husband Roger A. Czaplewski; and her brother Gary Cieminski. She is survived by: her children, Rita Engfer (William), Randy Czaplewski (Jean), William Czaplewski, Linda Gunderson (Randy) and Patti Franzwa (Richard Ray). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
