She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Settle and Dewey Settle; her husband Joe Atkins; and her siblings, Arvel Settle, Roberta Settle, Verlin Settle, Bobby Settle, Betty Settle, Denver Settle and Elwood Settle.
She is survived by: her brothers, Donnie Settle (Connie) and Claude Settle; her children, Mark Atkins and Lee Ann Hoaglund; her grandchildren, Brittany Garza (Adrian) and Celeste Hoaglund; and her great grandchildren, Kalie Garza and Julius Garza.
