We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2021, at the age of 89, Anthony Bambenek of Fountain City, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Bambenek and Rose Bambenek (Wojciechowski); his wife Barbara; his children, Karen Andresen, Mary Bambenek and Raymond Bambenek; his grandson Joshua Suhr; and his siblings, Donald, Emily, Evelyn, Frank, Fred, Isabelle, Joseph, Rosebud, Ruth and Violet.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Suhr (Gerald), Roger Bambenek, Laurie Krause (Rick), Toni Drier (Randal) and Jacqueline Bambenek; his son-in-law Frank Andresen (Kathy Hansman); his grandchildren, Jeremy Suhr (Mary), Nicholas Suhr (Sarah), Kaitlyn Smith (Jeremy), Shannon Andresen, Stephanie Andresen-Stevens (Adam), Alexis Krause, Benjamin Krause and Colton Nesler (Hope); his brother Gerald Bambenek; and his sister-in-law Pamela Larson (Dean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
Memorials in Anthony's name may be directed to Winona Health Hospice or a charity of choice.
