He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Buckingham and Lucille Buckingham of Fort Atkinson. He is survived by: his wife Cheryll; his sister Sandy Dallman (Wayne); his children, Scott Buckingham (Laura), Tonna Moran (Scott) and Tammy Nelson (Kirk); and his stepdaughters, Sandra Schoenmann (Brad), Shari Genrick (Troy) and SueAnn Channing (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
