He was predeceased by: his parent Marty White (Floyd). He is survived by: his father Calvin White; his sons, Scott White, Jr. of Jefferson and Clayton White of Janesville; his grandchildren, Parker, Jayden, Scott, Abria and Clayton; and his siblings, Terry Douris, James Douris and Ann Smith (Brian).
