He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen Church and Martin Goodsell (Carroll); and his uncle Lynn Rothberger. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Church and Nancy Church (Goodsell); his wife Kathaleen Lynch; his children, Alicia (Jacob), Halvorson, Kristina Church, Andrea Soto (Aldo) and Daniel Church; his grandchildren, Caiden Soto, Steven Halvorson, Baby Soto and Baby Church; his sister Tricia (Greg); and his grandfather William Church. He is also survived by other relatives and, many friends.
