With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Gunnar Goldsworthy (Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin), born in Spring Valley, Illinois, who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Ruth Goldsworthy and Teddy L. Teske. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Goldsworthy (Ann Yelich) and Kelly Teske (Jim Dahl); his sister Paige Winn (Chris); his niece Hadley Winn; his nephew Reed Winn; his grandmother Shirley Teske; his aunts, Diane Goldsworthy (Greg Isham), Debbie Teske and Tracy Teske Donlon (Jack); his uncle Ted Teske (Jill); and his cousins, Jade Jacobson (Yannis) and Teddy Teske. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
