He is survived by: his mother Frances Milburn (Lee Buescher) of Watertown; his wife Ashley Milburn; his daughters, Elcie and Emryn of Fort Atkinson; his brothers, Nicholas Milburn (Yue) of New York, NY and Joseph Milburn of Venice California; and his nephew Aiden Milburn. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
