He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Hotchkiss and Doris Hotchkiss (Rudy); and his brothers-in-law, Charles and Gary Lenz. He is survived by: his former wife Roxie; his wife Roxann; his children, Holli Heine (Howard) of Fort Atkinson and Richard Hotchkiss Jr. of Fort Atkinson; his grandchildren, Jacob, Cory Heine, Emily Hartje and Presley Hotchkiss; his siblings, Wayne Hotchkiss Jr. (Marge), Mike Hotchkiss (Cindy), Kaye Harkness (Brad) and Rhonda Rogers (Dave); and his sisters-in-law, Charlayne Kiesling (Kent) of Neenah, Carol Riddell of Fort Atkinson, Chris Nordberg (Roger) of Fort Atkinson and Rosie Wedl (Rick) of Jefferson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
