With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis J. Hoffer of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, born in Whitewater, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 74. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carroll and Ruth Carroll (Fields). She is survived by: her husband Marvin Hoffer; her children, Curt Hoffer, Dawn Masone (Jay Pitz), Lana Hoffer (Mike Moreland) and Paul Hoffer; her grandchildren, Thaddeus Hoffer, Katie and Jacob Erdman; and her sister Portialee Armstrong. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
