She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oliver Ellis and Irene Ellis; her husband Allan Peters; her son Kelly Peters (Debbie Jones); her daughter-in-law Cindy Peters (Stepp); her brother Bob Ellis (June); her stepsiblings, Jaime Ellis and Kathy Peterson (Larry); her sons, Kent Peters and Kim Peters; and her daughter-in-law Jane Peters (Kutcher). She was also cherished by three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made in Norma's name to Rainbow Hospice or the Jefferson Humane Society.
